Getting the website you need is easy.
We have streamlined the whole website design process into five phases.
Phase I - Planning
1. Think about exactly what you wish to accomplish with your new website. To aid you with this, download the website design questionnaire and answer all the questions. Your response to this questionnaire will help us fully understand your requirements. You can speak to your account manager at any time if you need assistance with this. There is no obligation to purchase our services at this point. Download: Website Design Questionnaire in Word format
2. When you're ready, you will receive a custom website design quote based on your full requirements.
3. Once we have come into agreement on the project and the price, we will prepare an Agreement form that summarizes everything for your review. Sign back with your deposit. We require just a small (25%) deposit to cover initial administrative costs. The rest is only due after we have completed and you have approved the website.
Phase II - Design Concepts
Based on your requirements, you will receive design concepts for your website within 3-5 business days. Choose the concept you like the most.
Phase III - Website Development
Once you have decided on the concept deign, we will develop and make all the necessary revisions until the final desired look and website functionality are achieved.
Phase IV - Testing Prior to Launch - You will have the opportunity to test that the entire website is running as expected.
Phase V - Website Launch and Final Payment - Your website is ready to be published to your domain. We will also require the full payment for the project. You will receive a 2-week warranty of the website. Any bug fixes or minor changes like adding/changing text will be provided for free during the warranty period.
